To prepare
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, butter and milk in a bowl and bring it together in a dough. Let the dough rest for about 15 - 20 minutes. Once the dough is rested, put the oil in a large vessel and let it heat up. Take a small round of dough and roll it into a sheet, about 3 - 4 mm thick. The shape does not matter at this point since you will use a cutter to get the precise shape. Roll out another piece of dough to the same thickness and set aside. Place one Dark Fantasy biscuit in the middle of the dough and using a brush rub some water onto the dough directly around the biscuit. Take the second sheet of dough and place it gently over the biscuit and press down all around. The water will help the two sheets to stick together. Now, using a cooking cutter of the right size, cut around the biscuit and remove the excess dough. Repeat this process until all the dough is used up, about 6 - 7 Gujiyas. Put the Gujiyas into the hot oil and deep fry for about 3 - 4 minutes until it turns golden brown, turn the Gujiyas half way into cooking. Remove from the oil onto kitchen towels to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle over with icing sugar, chocolate sauce, and chopped nuts, and serve warm.
