The Choco Meltz peanut shatter
Chop all ingredients and keep aside in a dry bowl.
TO PREPARE PEANUT BUTTER AND SALTED CARAMEL FLUFF
In a sauce pan, heat the sugar over a low flame without stirring till it melts evenly.
When the melted sugar turns a shade of deep golden, add the cream and corn flour (premixed in two tablespoons of water) till no lumps remain.
Stir over a low flame till thick. Take it off the flame and cool. Mix with peanut butter, whipped cream and salt.
TO PREPARE CARAMEL SAUCE
Repeat the earlier defined procedure of melting the sugar till the sugar is a dark golden brown.
Add in the cream and fold in the butter, stir well and cool.
