To prepare
Preheat the oven to 180 C and line the muffin tray with cupcake liners. Cream the butter and sugar together until fluffy and pale, beat in the eggs one at a time and stir in the vanilla extract. Fold in the flour using a spatula, adding a little milk until the mixture is that of a dropping consistency. Place one Dark Fantasy biscuit at the bottom of each cupcake liner. Spoon the mixture into the liners a little less than half full. Bake for 10-15 minutes at 180 C. Remove from the oven and let the cupcakes cool down completely. Pipe the whipped cream onto the cooled cupcakes in your desired pattern. Break the remaining 3 biscuits in half and stick half a cookie in each of the six cupcakes and serve.
