To prepare
Heat up the milk in a saucepan and mix the ground nuts. Bring the milk to a boil and let it reduce by about half. Once reduced, remove from heat and let the milk cool down. Add the icing sugar, and some of the biscuit chunks to the milk and mix it well so that no lumps are formed. Pour the mixture into the kulfi moulds and freeze until hard. After unmolding, roll the kulfis in crumbed Dark Fantasy biscuits for a nice crunchy layer on top and serve.
